What is FounderNear.me?
FounderNear.me is a free live map of founders near you. It answers a simple question: who is building something within walking distance of me right now?
How it works
- Create a profile. Add what you are building, your website and your social links. You get a page like https://foundernear.me/@yourname.
- Share your location. The map shows the founders closest to you and how far away they are.
- Poke to connect. A poke starts a private chat and sends the other person a one-time email and WhatsApp alert.
- Meet in person. Grab a coffee, find a co-founder, a first client, or someone to build with.
Who it is for
- Founders looking for co-founders, early customers, advisors or friends who understand startup life
- Developers looking for projects, collaborators or a team nearby
- Anyone who wants to put their product in front of people who live and work around them
Privacy first
Public profiles only show what you choose to add. Emails and phone numbers are never shown publicly, and nobody sees a home address. Read the Privacy Policy and Terms.
Two sites, one community
FounderNear.me is for startup founders and DeveloperNear.me is for software developers. They share one map, so founders and developers can find each other.
